Shipping policy

Orders & Shipping

Regular orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Sale orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process, plus extra time for shipping. 

We offer free domestic shipping to the USA on orders over $50 USD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.

International 
At the moment we only ship to the U.S and Canada. Unfortunately, we've had issues with customers not getting their products in other countries due to customs in the past so we've decided to hold off for the time being until we can ensure a better customer experience!  

Calculations
We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in Frisco, Texas. We currently ship with UPS and USPS. 

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES

Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
