RETURNS POLICY
At CRE we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at info@creorganics.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 21 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@creorganics.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
